Glad that we could be of help. For the additional ComboFix icon on your desktop go ahead and just delete that by way of right-click > delete.

To remove OTL follow these instructions and it should clean up things nicely:

Clean up with OTL:

• Double-click OTL.exe to start the program.
• Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot
• On the OTL main screen, press the CLEANUP button
• Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer.

If there are any remaining logs or tools that we used on your system, you can go ahead and delete those as well using right-click > delete.

As for making Firefox more secure, I personally use two programs that you can download called NoScript and Ad-Block. They will help with making Firefox less suseptable to malware.

If you decided to use a free Antivirus program I would recommend either Microsoft Security Essentials
or Avast.

Then compliment that with a software firewall such as Online Armor Free
or Agnitum Outpost Firewall Free

Yep…that is all you have to do. You can also drag them to your Recycle Bin if you choose to as well. Whatever you prefer.
