WINDOWS PROGRAMS STOPPED WORKING

-I have windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron17 laptop. -All the windows programs have stopped working…ie wordpad, notepad, win live mail etc ….other programs not working include bit torrent . -Also, when I type a message ( as this one )….the cursor jumps around on its own accord….unsure if thats connected with the windows problem. -internet is ok at the moment -have just done a full virus scan - no threats found -Any help much iappreciated Andy.T

Please try this through System Recovery Options at Boot for running System Restore as shown in this link http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html See Method #1 or #2
