Not sure if virus [Closed]

ok, so i have a brand new laptop Dell N7720( 2-3 weeks old), win 7 installed and for like 10 days or more it worked perfectly Problems and Simptoms : BSOD…lots of types : from IRQL, kernel, trying to write to read-only memory, and a lot more of them, i have pictures if that helps in any way. Today i noticed i don`t have internet and in Network and Sharing Center insted of internet and the images and all i see " The specified service does not exist as a installed service " ( uninstalled - installed the driver for internet - still have the isue ) Neither cable nor wireless internet works. Computer restarts or shows errors even in a idle state..or like " opened it, forgot about it like 10 minutes and found it restarted " Kaspersky/Malware Bytes/Windows defender i`m opened to sugestion, although i`ll probably reinstall windows if none are helpfull

I am sorry not sure where the edit button is to upload the logs also forgot to mention since i saw somewhere they do mention that, i got the restarts/BSODS even in Safe mode/safe mode with networking. Some time it takes like 6-7 tryes to actually make it show my windows, sometimes closing and forgeting about it for like 10-15 minutes helps ( never waked up and had problems opening it so far, only happens after it is opened -> gets into a BSOD, fails to enter in windows several times ( including the safe modes )

You can just copy and paste the logs we need to look at into this thread, but if your laptop has that many problems and is that new I would call Dell and have them repair or replace it
