Email not working

As of this morning my Outlook email stopped working. I get 2 error messages:
1. "the specified server was found, but there was no resonse from the server".
2. "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection"

My IPhone and my wife's network connection all have the same settings and are working. I scan my pc every day with malwarebytes, spyware doctor, and AVG anti virus none of which has indicated a problem. I can only think that I have a "bug" in my pc. Attached is my Hijackthis log just download.

I am not an Outlook expert… but I get those warnings when I've open my mail on two or more different computers.

However, let's see what we can find. Unfortunately, HijackThis doesn't play very well with the newer oporating systems so I'd like to see a different log.

Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links and save it to your desktop.
    • DDS.scr
    • DDS.pif
  • Disable any script blocking protection (How to Disable your Security Programs)
  • Double click DDS icon to run the tool (may take up to 3 minutes to run)
  • When done, DDS.txt will open.
  • After a few moments, attach.txt will open in a second window.
  • Save both reports to your desktop.
