Fraud.Internet Security 2011 (still need help)

Hello all, i'm back again with a new set of problems. Apparently i've been infected again and I could use your help getting rid of this. A few moments ago while browsing my browser shut itself off and when I tried getting back on I was shown a warning page and couldn't access any websites. Luckily it's allowed me access back to the internet, otherwise this would be a lot more complicated. I'm currently running SpyBot and it's already found 23 entries under the title of "Fraud.Internet Security 2011" I'm on Windows Vista. Will post OTL logs in the next post(s). Changed the title in case someone passed this topic by because of the multiple posts. Will bump in a few hours, still have problems. Much thanks and appreciation to anyone who can help me out!

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware here and save to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. (Note to Vista users, please right-click and select Run as Administrator.)
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
- Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
- Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log back into your next reply
