HELP. my Windows 7 crashed

I have a Gateway GT465E desktop. I was trying to download a movie for my son today and it crashed. It will not boot up in anything but safe mode. I ran malewarebytes and removed over 300 objects. It still would not boot in normal mode. I ran Hijackthis and my results are attached. I know low resources was a problem. I do too many things at the same time. What else do I need to fix?
