Fake Windos Restore took over laptop

When I tried to uninstal Malwarebytes from Add/remove programs a notfication came up saying "Internal error: Cannot find utCompliledCode record for this version of uninstaller." When I tried to download malwarebytes even though I couldn't uninstall the old one the error came up… "An error has occured . Please report this error code to our support team. PROGRAM_ERROR_MISSING_FILE (1392, 0, mbam.dll) The file or directory is corupt or unreadable." After hitting OK….a new error came up saying… "Run-time error '53': File not found: mbamcore" After hitting OK again another error message came up saying… "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 5. Access is denied. Click retry to try again, Ignore to skip this step, or Abort to cancel instalation." After hitting ignore A bunch more error messages came up and did not allow me to install the program. As for the ESet online scanner. I clicked I accept the terms and use and clicked start. After clicking start it just keeps bringing me back to the same page….so i clicked I accept and start again…and still it brings me to the same page.

We will run Combofix again,click start>run and copy/paste in the following text and press enter

"%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.exe" /killall

If you do not get the log to pop up again,go to c:\combofix.txt and see if you can find it there

Try to run ESET again,if you used IE last time try Firefox or vice versa

Tell me where we are at with the computer after doing the above.
