I can't say much about this, but I can offer a possible cause in the hope it helps getting you all on the right road, heres hoping, I can't say about that page, BUT, in general on web pages when I see this it is adverts being blocked by protection, could be one of a few as there is more than 1 application that does this, it's quite normal in these cases, it's stopping you from getting tracking cookies etc (spyware in a way), do you think that may be the cause here ? maybe try adding that site to the safe sites, then see if it displays, just a thought.
This is not in IE, it's Windows Support and Help off the Start Menu, though IE is involved in a lot if Windows so it's possible anyway.

Hi 8210GUY & thanks for your suggestion, but how would I apply this to the Windows Support and Help window?
Oh Ive just realised that I recently updated I.E from version 8 to version9 & the problem arose around the same time. Could this update be the cause?
What OS? XP or Vista (looks like Vista). Backup your registry first using ERUNT then try it. I looked at it and looked at the same keys on my Win 7 box and I noticed some of the applications I've installed have placed entries in some of those key areas so merging that .reg might mess up .png handling for those apps. If you try it and don't like the result, just restore the registry and all is well. You could also look at thoses keys in regedit and see if anything looks messed up. Not always easy to tell but worth a look.

Hi, sorry out of my depth with this one, I was hoping I may of inspired a solution by posting about times I do know the crosses to happen, just incase there was some freak cross over, so I will leave you in the capable hands of Ztruker, hope you get it sorted.
