I recently changed my mouse. When I use the center wheel to scroll, if I turn the wheel one click the screen jumps up 5 lines with a delay in between. I went to `mouse` in control panel to see if I could adjust settings. When I clicked apply I get the following error message… Run a DLL as an APP encountered a problem and will close. Error report….
