Ok great! LDTate! Mbam found nothing. The free mbam was great. I am going to look into buying the full program.
BUT…….do I need to change settings again? And should I permanently delete the files in quarantine?

Yes, remove the item in quarantine.

Me again.lol . I want to make sure the settings i am to change are the ones in MY COMPUTER>tools>folder options>view>
1)CHECK hide file extensions for knownfile types
2)DE-select show hidden files and folders
3)CHECK hide protected files
