Looking for a simple way (link) to save my Outlook 2007 emails and contacts from an old XP computer and import them into Windows Live Mail on a new Windows 7 computer

Never had to do that before, but a search brought up the following link, although Vista is mentioned, the steps should still apply to Windows 7, hope it helps.
