hi everytime i unplug my computer from the wall outlet and plug it back in then press the power button all the lights come on but no response from my graphics card hard drive ect….. but when i shut it off then reboot it it starts up fine????? what could be the problem?
complete guess, capacitor/s going bad somewhere, taking long time to complete fist charge cycle after being completely discharged by unplugging power, either in psu or on motherboard.. even if not capacitors i'd still say problem is more than likely with psu first then motherboard.
k thank you ill keep that in mind but ,,…my psu seems to be working fine all the fans are running is a gaming psu 450watt one……………and my motherboard supports Crossfire X does that help at all lol????
nope :D fans can spin even on psu's that have lost their ability to output the correct voltages for a given load, only way to find out if it's the problem is to run a number of test's on it using a multimeter or replace it with another psu and see if problem goes away. doesn't matter if a motherboard supports x-fire or not, all types of motherboards can go bad and cause all sorts of problems.
