Everytime I open mozilla, i need to approve via win 7

I'm using windows 7 and about 2 weeks ago I was online and I believed I had an update for mozilla and my flash player and clicked on it; as they are not working properly and I researched this online a few days before. I believe something happened as immediately I found some virus and removed them with my eset smart security, ATF cleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. I don't know why mozilla is prompting for approval everytime as if I've just installed something everytime I click on the shortcuts. I just want to make sure I don't have any viruses. I was away for the holiday and they closed the last topics so I'm re-opening and posting the log files that were requested from DDS below.
