Downloads blocked - memory delays and crashing.

Hi I need some help with my windows xp pro. There may be malware in the system. It will not allow me to download programs. I cannot get my Comodo firewall to work…..notice says please remove and re-install the firewall. IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REMOVE COMODO FIREWALL FROM MY PROGRAMS . pc SPECS ARE:- Dell xp pro Sp1 Ram - 512mb 1.70ghz Any help much appreciated Andy.T

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  • DDS.txt
  • Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
