all sacnners found nothing wrong
while the scanners seems to prove the computer clean, the firefox freezes issue still persist is there anything i can use to check what the tasks svchost.exe are doing (i mean the particular one with high memory usage) i mean the 2nd tabs of the task manager
Do this first
The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

  • Click START run
  • Now type ComboFix /Uninstall in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

The svchost that takes up major resources is Windows automatic updates.
Turn automatic updates off and see if that does it.
If you run with automatic updates off, you'll need to manually run the updates

uninstalled combofix

how to check the automatic updates is on or off?
but why it seems to be triggered by firefox?

I have no idea as this doesn't appear to be a Malware / Virus issue.
I suggest you start a new topic in our Windows Forum and get help from the Tech Team.
