Hello,
A little background info,
I work on computers a quite often and can usually fix these things myself but this time I'm stumped.
A customer of mine called me saying that her computer was "looking funny" and she was getting random BSOD's. I went over to her house and determined that her video driver was corrupt. I installed a fresh driver from Dell's website and that fixed the problem. I thought I was good to go but the next day I got another call from her and she told me her internet (at&t DSL using firefox) was acting up. I was confused as to why I did not catch these problems the first time I was there but then I remembered that I typed the Dell support web address directly in the address bar because I knew it from memory. Well I went to her house and ran a few scans (malwarebytes, superantispyware and spybot) which found a few things but didn't seem to help with the redirect issue. Oh by the way I am also getting quite a few pop-ups.
So here I am at What the Tech to get some help.
