hey everybody, just wondering what you guys think of the rig i'm trying to build. I'm welcome to any suggestions, i'm building this piece by piece so price isnt the issue it's more of a time thing, takes less time to save for cheaper products tho. i'd like to be able to play FPS' and games like fallout and dragon age on this.

Case (might try and get my hands on an alienware case)

thanks for any help in advance
Looks good, the only thing I could suggest to you is a different case. I like the Antec line because they are very sleek and INCREDIBLY quiet. In any gaming machine, the video card will be the bottle neck so if you want to move around your budget, you could go for something a bit better and take money out from else where, such as the CPU. Quad core software is not yet here (we're still working on dual core software) so essentially it will be a bit of a waste but it will keep you warm in the winter ;) Make sure you also account for a sweet keyboard and mouse as well as a nice monitor and quality speakers…those are things you'll be using the most on top of the computer so be sure to include them in any build budget!
is there a CPU/graphics card combo that you would recommend to go with the MB i've picked out? or maybe an entire cpu/MB/Graphics Card set up that would work pretty well?
