My name is rshaffer61 and I am new here at WTT but have been involved with GTG for over a year as Tech Staff. I look forward to hopefully being of some assistance here if I can. I have almost 15 years of tech support along with custom building, repairing and upgrading systems myself. Hopefully I can become a active member and support others while I am here.
