master cd/dvd has stopped working…….this is what i keep getting could anyone help plzzz

What brand/model is your machine?
DeskTop / LabTop ?
What operating system you have? And what is the current Version SP1, SP2 or SP3 ?
How Much Memory you have.
Any new "stuff" added? Software or hardware upgrades.
What was running on the machine when the problems appeared?
Was the drive working and what was going on prior to it not working?


We would need more info in order for a tech (s) to help you with the problems, DVD or CD rom drives can fail and some quit working due to Virus/Malware infections.
