1 Try the laptop without a hub and without the external keyboard/mouse etc……try it for a few days……. any improvement?
2 Make sure you have the maximum amount of RAM in your machine that it will support

will give you lots of information….
Have you got everything configured correctly on your machine? with just one anti virus running active in memory and one software bi directional firewall? ( its OK to be operating behind a hardware firewall icluded within most routers)
3 Consider taking a visit over to PC Pitstop, and if you need help, posting back the link to your results, (there is no need to buy any services, any recommended settings can be done manually and free of cost.

Ok
1 The first thing that jumps out at me is you have installed utorrent a Peer to Peer (P2P) file sharing application
Here's my standard recommendations on this:
Your logs indicate that you have installed at some time P2P File sharing programs……..There are legitimate uses for P2P File sharing, but a lot that I come across are used for the downloading of files,(especially music, videos, games etc) that breach both National and International rules on copyright. There is currently a major crackdown on folks who use File Sharing to break copyright rules and heavy penalties are being imposed……often it's the young folks who are tempted to do this, their parents often being unaware, but it might be as well to check that your machine is squeaky clean in this respect, just to be on the safe side.
File sharing is a well known vector for the distribution of malicious code and large numbers of machines are infected by this route, the effects can be devastating and sometimes a format and reinstall of the operating system is necessary……For these reasons I recommend that you uninstall all P2P file sharing or similar applications, utorrent etc.
2 Secondly do you have "System Restore" monitoring other drives in addition to your C drive? if so this is unecessary.
3 Please advise on what you use the E drive for?
4 You seem to have a large number of applications all installed on the same day….. check each one to ensure that you really need them, if you find something you don't need then consider uninstalling it and then rebooting your computer
5 Check your system tray to see what applications are loading into memory at startup, you can use MSconfig to disable those from startup that are not necessary…you can always start them from "Start>All Programs" if you need to run one. "Code Stuff Starters" is also a convenient utility to use…… for details see here:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/Starter.html
6 The PCpitstop recommendations on "Craplets" being uninstalled will help speed things up for you.
7 You seem to have, AVG anti virus as your main defence, supplemented by Spybot S&D but also with Ad-Aware, whilst Ad-Aware is a fine application, its use in conjunction with the other two may be slowing things down…consider uninstalling it, and then rebooting your machine and see if this helps
8 this seems to be a big, powerful laptop……. do you really need the external peripherals, keyboards etc?…are you also running an external VDU?……if you can do without any of that stuff, it will help your machine to be be more responsive.
9 Consider doing a disc clean up to remove all junk files and then defrag your C drive….
10 Finally do a further reboot and report back on how your machine is behaving.
