Browser Problems with IE/Firefox/Google chrome & Opera

Hi there, A while ago my son suggested Google Chrome as a super duper browser better than IE and so I uploaded it and all was well. However, over the last few months it has started slowing down to the point of freezing within a few moments of surfing. Firefox has also followed suit and so has Opera. I am a computer dummy! Has my machine got soem kind of virus or worm??? I have AVG and Zone Alarm and they don't flag up any problems. Hope you can help me. Andrew

Only one way to find out if you are infected or not.

Go to the Spyware / Malware / Virus Removal forum, read the info there and follow the posted directions. Once you receive a clean bill of health, come back here if you have any additional questions or concerns or it turns out not to be a malware problem.
