I recently installed 2gigs ram from newegg and I use ccleaner and KIS2010 to maintain my compaq presario sr1910nx. My OS is windows xp sp3 and my browser is firefox. My daughter likes to play petville on facebook so I went to the( Zynga) support site and carefully followed all directions for optimiztion. Still takes an hour to load. I can watch youtube canada but the USA version crawls. My internet access is a verizon wi-fi Novatel mass storage usb device. I downloaded TCPOptimizer.exe because I could not download verizon's optimizer unless I used IE (then it slowed down more)..at which point I lost it. Does anyone have any idea's? I can give you a HJT report or PSI link either way I am so fed up! I am open to try anything at this point.

That is a bit strange you can access YouTube canada OK, but not the USA version. Does it really take an hour, or are you exaggerating? Those cellular wireless cards do not perform that well, so if you are trying to download anything big its certainly not going to perform anywhere near that of a highspeed connection like DSL or Cable. Have you run any speedtests on your internet connection using that Verizon card? Try speedtest.net and run a speed test to a close by server. Post back here with your ping time, upload speed, and download speed.
