[Closed] first time using hi jack this?

I am a first time user of hi jack this…..I have down loaded your software & did a "Do system scan & save a logfile" I tried to do a "analyze this", but is tells me that "no internet connection" ??? I DO HAVE my internet connection on!?!?! what do I do??

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
