building a new gaming computer for 2010, no budget limit, please help

so far i have the 5970, kingwin 1220 watt psu, thermaltake armor+ LCS, i modded it myself and gave it a custom black and gold paint job, aerocool 2000 fan controller, lg blu ray burner, razer mamba, mako, tarantula, and megalodon, the rest i need help on is picking high performance fans, the best motherboard, i mean the best, a great gaming cpu, not the rediculous 975, and i need the greatest performing water blocks for all my system, oh and i already have harddrives covered, 2tb deskstar, 1 tb barracuda. now for the motherboard i was thinking the 4 way classified, and for the processor i was thinking the i7 960. any help will be much apreciated. and if im missing anything you should tell me and thanks, and oh yeah, should i get an audio card?
