Infected by worm.win32.NetSky. Seemed worse yesterday - couldn't open Task Manager - but it is opening today, maybe because I followed your instructions under "Are you infected." I've read this isn't a very dangerous infection, but I'm still worried about the security of my data.
There's a big sign on my desktop saying
"Your System Is Infected. System has been stopped due to serious malfunction. Spyware activity has been detected. It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use the computer before all spyware removed."
