Hello, That MBAM detection is nothing to worry about, (there is quite a bit of discussion about it at the Malwarebytes forum). Run a full scan with your Kaspersky AV and let me know the results.

Yes, you are all set. You could add that detection to the ignore list in MBAM so it doesn't show up in future scans if you'd like.
