[Resolved] Rouge AV - Norton not responding at all

Hi, You had a number of infections, a rogue Security Program, a rootkit and a disk controller hijacker, which I have removed from your system by using the tools i had you download. Please do not use any tools without supervision. The fixes are totally customized based on the infection and your computers configuration. If you ever have issues again, post a new topic.
