Dell b130 not turning on

i have a dell b130 was working fine then one day i tried turning it on and the middle of the three lights on top of the key board blinked 3 times then turned off and then nothing. Itried removing the HD and reading it from a usb reader and it worked fine ……. ANY HELP PLEASE
