[Closed] "Computer is infected" Desktop

I've been trying to rid my computer of this virus all day and have no where left to turn. I dont know much about it other then my desktop says "Your computer is infected spyware has detected yada yada yada" I have looked this up and it seems like a common malware problem. I am not sure what to do though.The main things that happen are phony spyware programs popping up that are trying to get me to buy them,The background change,and the internet is malfuctioning(google opens up but any searches take me to advertising pages).So i cannot use the inernet well, it only works if i directly type the URL.I have tried downloading malwarebytes, but once installed the program wont run. The only other option i have tried is hijacker. I have saved the log on the computer but have no way of pasting it here due to the internets malfuctions.I am not sure what to do about this "virus" and have came here for advice.BTW: i am using my old computer to type this. download this program on your other computer and transfer it to your infected computer via usb stick

Please download exeHelper to your desktop.

• Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.
• A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.
• Post the contents of log.txt (Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com)

Note If the window shows a message that says "Error deleting file", please re-run the program before posting a log - and post the two logs together (they will both be in the one file).

Ok i will try this, is this program all i need to rid my computer of this virus?

not likely, but it should stabilize your computer so we can download more diagnostic tools and begin to clean it
