As my description says. This malware won't allow me run any scans, use my task manager, it has removed all of my icons, it keep getting a pop-up from something called "Security Tool", heck it won't even allow me to run a hijack this scan. Please I really need help.

Open taskmanager (Ctrl/Alt/Del keys)> at the top left, click File> New Task> copy paste this in or type it in:
c:\windows\system32\restore
double click on: rstrui.exe
run it and find a date the pc worked.

Restart PC
