[Closed] Detected whether my laptop have virus

Last week my laptop got infected with virus. Trend micro pop up msg mention "Virus found - PE_VIRUX.J". I did a scanning with trend micro and was able to delete virus from spreading( there are 56 files under quarantine and im not sure if i should delete or not) . Some of my program stop working. so, i do another scanning but didnt detected any virus. did try malwarebytes anti malware but no virus found. so, i need help to detected whether my laptop have virus.

If you still need help, follow the instructions I have given in my response. If you have since had your problem solved, we would appreciate you letting us know so we can close the topic.
