Started getting pop-ups that won't stop and now get the DEP message when trying to use Ctrl - Alt - Del to restart computer. I ran Trend Micro House call and it showed the PE_VIRUX.J and others that could not be removed. Notepad was shut down so I couldn't copy everything it showed. I need help to diagnose and remove the infections.
