Help with Trojan Virus

Hello, My virus scan program identified a trojan virus detected as "Exploit-ObscuredHtml." I may have contracted this virus from Facebook. The program said the virus was deleted, but the clean failed. I think this virus is still on my computer. I am a novice computer user - any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you, Amber
