[Closed] "Gateway-your hard drive will fail"

I keep getting a page popping up on IE , stating "Your Hard drive will fail!" Here is a link to the page:

Has anyone seen this before and how do I get rid of it?!

I have already ran all the malware programs offered on this site and posted a hijackthis log, but nothing seems to take care of it.
