Hello
A friend with M.S. Vista and Norton 360 keeps getting a message that windows has detected trouble and mentions a bad spooler. This message is too long to read as it pops on then off
She was just at Best Buy where the tech performed tests and said the modem is faulty.
That has been replaced. and the message still occurs.
I think Norton is the problem as I can cause this message by asking Norton for an update.
Is there a special way to uninstall nNrton 360 besides add/remove?
I know Mcafeee has an uninstaller tool.
Thank you
