i am on a new machine now & i am having even worse problems. it started out when i turned the computer on Malware Doctor kept trying to scan. i tried the steps below that we did on the first computer & now i think i really messed it up. all my desktop icons disappeared as well as the toolbars and I can only operate in safe mode with networking selected. Also i have no javascript so i can not navigate through many sites. When i turned the computer on now, it acts like it is going to turn on normally but after it shows the Windowsx XP loading page, it starts all over again. That is why I have to interrupt with F8 and go to sage mode. I dont know what i did. please help. Also, does this mean there is a problem with my internet or something? This is the 3rd computer that i have corrupted somehow. im horrible at technology…….
ps i forgot to mention that i can only get to programs through the task manager

All logs/reports, etc.. must be posted in Notepad. Please ensure that word wrap is unchecked. In notepad click format, uncheck word wrap if it is checked.

What programs have you used trying to fix this computer?
Before we run an scans, let's see if we can get explorer to run even temporarily.
Open taskmanger
click file
click New Task(Run…)
type the following line into the open: field explorer.exe
click ok
Are the taskbar and icons back on the screen?
