is there a program that would allow me to know what program(s) are connecting to the internet (real time).

Probably but unfortunately I don't know anything about that sort of programs. Please question the Tech Team about this as it is likely they will know.

What do I do with the infected dssagent.exe that was moved by OTM ?

Cleanup

• Double click on OTM to run it.
• Click on CleanUp!
• When done, you will be prompted to restart your computer. Please restart your computer.
