Hello.
Recently, some windows with fake warnings started to popup on my system, and google stopped working. I was surprised to see that NOD32 (up-to-date version) had beed disabled. The antivirus full scan detected Win32/Rootkit.Agent.ODG trojan in the Operating memory, but was unable to clean.

I ran MBAM (this was only possible after renaming the app). It found 11 threats, and cleaned 10. However, the eleventh one - uacinit.dll - is proving impossible to get rid of!! I try to delete it upon restart, but it always remains.

Could someone please help clean my system?
I thank you in advance for any advice.

Below are the logfiles from MBAM and HJT.
