Heur.dropper Wont remove

Im new here but i was hoping i could get some help yesterday i opened a file and ran it and nothing happened, as you might have guessed my first thoughts were it must be a virus, not 5 minutes later avg starts yelling about a Heur.dropper and i clicked remove, today i woke up thinking it was fixed but i was wrong, avg said it detected another so i removed again, its been about 3 hours of it going off every 10-15 minutes with another detected Heur.dropper in either C:/WINDOWS/System32 or C:/Documentsandsettings please assist me Thanks in Advance James
