[Closed] whats wrong think i have an adware virus

ok this started 2 days ago i first noticed some thing was wrong when i started my online game potbs log in fine but when i got to the game screen instead of music there was static and when i moved my charicter there was no action so i quit and then went on to inter explorer when this started it said it hadn't closed down prob do i want to resume last session it then open 6-8 windows of sites i have never seen or even been to before. also after 5-10 mins i hear an advert for shampoo and then a micheal jackson music from a site called view tube? but if i bring up task maneger says now programs are running but in the process screen it say explorer is running if i end the process the music stops. i have run virus scans and it picks up nothing also did it in safe mode and nothing i have downloaded malware but cant install it any ideas apart from a hard drive wipe and reinstall everything cheers dave

Please do the following:

STEP #1

Please download DDS from either of these links

and save it to your desktop.

• Disable any script blocking protection
• Double click dds.pif to run the tool.
• When done, two DDS.txt's will open.
• Save both reports to your desktop.

Download GMER Rootkit Scanner from here or here.

• Extract the contents of the zipped file to desktop.
• Double click GMER.exe. If asked to allow gmer.sys driver to load, please consent .
• If it gives you a warning about rootkit activity and asks if you want to run scan…click on NO.

• In the right panel, you will see several boxes that have been checked. Uncheck the following …
  • Sections
  • IAT/EAT
  • Drives/Partition other than Systemdrive (typically C:\)
  • Show All (don't miss this one)
• Then click the Scan button & wait for it to finish.
• Once done click on the [Save..] button, and in the File name area, type in "Gmer.txt" or it will save as a .log file which cannot be uploaded to your post.
  
• Save it where you can easily find it, such as your desktop, and attach it in reply.

**Caution**
Rootkit scans often produce false positives. Do NOT take any action on any "<— ROOKIT" entries
