my internet explorer has stopped working and i think it is down to some malware. originally it said something along the lines of: procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library Msvcrt.dll . i downloaded atf cleaner (which may have stopped the message, it may also be that i found a problem in avg, copied the link and got rid of the file) and mbam (which isn't working), however internet explorer still isn't working. i also downloaded hijackthis which also isn't working. i'm really a complete technophobe so im not sure i understand all this but in the problem reports and solutions, the log for the hijackthis is (i think this is a log, i really have no idea):
