Hi, i am not sure if i actually have malware or a virus etc. there are not specific symptoms just that my computer is running quite a bit slower than it used to. i am wondering if there are any (good) programs for cleaning my computer and if hijack this can help solve this prob. i can send you my hijack this log if neccessary. thanks!

BUT FIRST: Make sure you complete the instructions you receive from your Malware Speicalist.
It just wouldn't make any sense to try to make other kinds of changes to your system if it was still infected.
