Ok Appeloddity, thank you for the clarification on the cmd item. In the past, the log popped up open and allowed me to view it before closing. Attached please find the items you requested.

Hi Mickey… I have been in collaboration with colleagues behind the scenes on your problem. I'm waiting for a response from some of the "higher ups," and you should be hearing something very soon. Please avoid any further changes to your computer at this time. Thanks for your patience and diligence.
Just to add some confusion to this thead :D the StartupList has this in it which I don't understand, but it sure looks a lot like some kind of malware.

On-reboot actions:

[Wininit.ini]
[Rename]
NUL=
NUL=C:\DOCUME~1\KATHRY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VIES301F

BootExecute = autocheck autochk *

[PendingFileRenameOperations]
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\hjgruidsextblsxj.tmp -> NULL
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\hjgruikrxntalqpp.tmp -> NULL

Those files should have been deleted when you ran CCleaner, ATF Cleaner and TFC back in post #27 but they are still appearing in this list. When you get a moment, can you check to see if they are still actually there?
Situation is fixed and the computer cleared. This topic can be closed unless there are any offerings of suggestions to speed up the start up list. Thank you again for all of your help.
