My son's World of Warcraft game suddenly stopped working. It claims that he doesn't have enough space (memory) to update. It seems to be once again running at a snail's pace and I would like to do a few scans to see if he's gotten malware again. Last time we cleaned his system, several tools were reccommended to help keep this from happening again. The problem is that he (and I) don't know how to operate all these programs well enough for them to help.
First, try cleaning up the hard drive. See here: http://forums.whatthetech.com/How_clean_up…ce_t100889.html

Then if you still have the problem, go to the HijackThis™ Logs and Infections Removal forum, read the info there and follow the posted directions. Once you receive a clean bill of health, come back here if you have any additional questions or concerns or it turns out not to be a malware problem.

Please be patient as that is a very busy area. If you do not receive a response in 5 days, post a message here: http://forums.whatthetech.com/What_Do_If_Y…ays_t78698.html
