[Closed] Cannot completely remove Zonealarm

Hi,

I wanted to update a previous Issue i had, but i cannot locate it. it isabout 3 months old at least.

My PC would take over 10 mins to boot up and then have no access to the internet. It has been resolved by uninstalling the HP Printer and disabling all related services in Services.msc. Thought that may help you guys here.

Anyway, during the testing phase, i uninstalled Zonealarm but the PC rebooted halfway by itself. Everytime i try and update Zonealarm now it blue screens on me, Not nice. In event viewer it says that this is due to Hardware/driver failure, but i am not so sure as i can reproduce it will.

Could anyone help? HJT log below.

Welcome back lotus lion,

I remember you.

Let's get a log from a scanner that gives us some more information.

Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links and save it to your desktop.

- DDS.scr
- DDS.pif
Disable any script blocking protection (How to Disable your Security Programs)
Double click DDS icon to run the tool (may take up to 3 minutes to run)
When done, DDS.txt will open.
After a few moments, attach.txt will open in a second window.
Save both reports to your desktop.

Post the contents of the DDS.txt report in your next reply
Attach the Attach.txt report to your post by scroling down to the Attachments area and then clicking Browse. Browse to where you saved the file, and click Open and the click UPLOAD.
