If you have reason to believe your computer is infected with malware you need to read HERE and create a new topic HERE. The folks over there are the only ones allowed to analyze your HJT log at WhatTheTech.

Ok thanks for the advice. I've gotten NOD32 smart security. My dads computer they say has a virus / malaware because the firewall won't install or a previous trendmicro/norton product.

When you finish up there and are given the all clear, you may come back to this thread to resolve any remaining issues. Until then we will be unable to offer any further assistance in this thread because it could conflict with the procedures you are performing in the other thread.

As said get the all clear before doing anything else, but when you get the go ahead and come back, if you can mention what was installed in the past, eg Norton etc, then we can direct you to tools to clear out anything left behind that may be hindering your new suite from installing properly, but definitely wait for the pro's to finish first or it may make their job harder.
