No welcome page!

Dear People:…
I'm back with a new problem on my "new" computer..(GX280 SFF)……
I have NetZero as my ISP…..Awhile ago I had a problem getting online……
When I click on the icon (NetZero) I can hear it dialing the phone # thru my speakers….
Then something somewhere changed….I have NO clue as to what ! !…
What happened is that the last digit of the phone # got badly distorted & the call could not be completed…This happened on ALL phone #s for NetZero…
I found something somewhere on this thing that corrected the problem…..
BUT, my "Welcome Page immediatly dissappeared…
Now all I get is a black screen with an ugly box to enter my password….
Everything else works normally….
This is what I get when I try to get my welcome page back:–>

I have tried to uninstall it to no avail….Here's what I get useing "Search"….

Now I've tried to delete them or uninstall them to no avail….

This is not a big major deal , but I'm a perfectionist at heart…..
I really would like to get my good looking Welcome page back…. ..

I don't know if NetZero depends upon Novell network and Client Service for Netware.
If it does, you may need to research further. at Novell.com

the Novel site is a little hard to navigate.
Let's hope that the Microsoft Solution works for you

You will know that the Microsoft didn't work for you, since the problem will persist
or
your NetZero may no longer function.

If the above occurs, you may be faced with reinstalling NetZero and living with the condition.

That dood it!!! The link & info at Microsoft…–>.. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315347 was all I needed to do…
I don't know how I managed to get that "Client Service for Netware" installed in the first place….
The dialing is now OK & my good looking "Welcome Screen" is back……
