I also had a question about the things I was infected with. By any chance, can you tell if any of those were tracers? You know the ones that track everything you type. I am just wondering if maybe I should change my passwords?

That is because combofix installed the recovery console. It should only sit there for about 2 or 3 seconds before Windows starts. Just enough for you to select the recovery console if needed. I would leave it there in case you have issues in the future and needed it. A small inconvenience considering….So far everything seems pretty good. The only thing is when the computer is booting up it will give me a black screen. It says boot up in windows xp home edition or windows recovery console. At first I thought it was due to combofix but even now that it was uninstalled, it still does it

Well, we never really know. I didn't see any signs but you had some really nasty stuff on here. You could certainly go the safe route and change them to be sure. I'd also be more concerned that with Limewire running that your PC is part of a wide open P2P network. I would advise you remove it from your PC.I also had a question about the things I was infected with. By any chance, can you tell if any of those were tracers? Ok, I started changing some of my passwords just in case. As far as the P2P goes, I guess I will remove it from this computer and use my old one strictly for downloading music. A million thanks once again.
