Hi everyone, this is John from Manchester in England saying I have geen getting into a complete pickle with my PC in recent weeks, installing and uninstalling anti-virus/spyware products with such frequency that maybe I shouldn't be too surprised that there's something now seriously wrong with it. Well as no-one has bothered to respond to my post in the hijack-this log thread after 24 hours, it's a short and sweet stay for me. Thank you all for your lack of help.

I do appreciate your frustration and sense of urgency to get your problem fixed. However, it is not unusual to experience a wait of up to 5 days as various other folks complete their malware infection removal with the assistance of our excellent volunteer staff. And I realize that waiting for your turn is not a fun thing. You will possibly notice that most of our Malware Removal specialists also volunteer at other free help forums. Similar waiting exists throughout the various Forums. Unfortunate but true. If you do decide to go elsewhere for assistance please let us know here. A Malware Specialist ordinarily reviews and completes a bit of research on posted problems before replying. That may already be taking place or will shortly in your situation. If you move on to another Forum, I will close your post here for you, so that unnecessary research and preparation is not duplicated with efforts at other Forum Sites.
