Hi there I can see some of the problem, but I would like to see it all before I start repairs

  • Download OTListIt2 to your desktop.
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTListIt.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTListIt2.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply.
When I go to the link, it's possible to download the link, but it isn't to install or run it. It brings up the error.

Access Violation: Address 00404584 in Module OTL2.exe Read of address 00000000

When I clear that error, I get an application error that comes up. What should I do.
OK I will use a stronger hammer

Download Combofix from any of the links below. You must rename it before saving it. Save it to your desktop.

Double click on Combo-Fix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a OTListit log so we can continue cleaning the system.
